We put our clients first. Successfully filing petitions and helping individuals navigate the legal world of immigration is what we seek to do every day. These images are of those who have benefited from our services and who motivate us to keep doing what we do. As a nonprofit, Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates thrives on donations and grants. (View our 501c3 Status Letter) While we charge a nominal fee for our services, these fees only cover about a third of our annual expenses. Moreover, the US Government charges hefty fees for different applications and services. Help us meet our clients’ needs by donating today!

  • To apply for Citizenship, the US Government charges $725.

  • To renew DACA, applicants must pay $495 ~20 months.

  • Applications for Lawful Permanent Residency cost $1,225!

  • Start-to-finish, a spouse applying for immigration status through another spouse may pay up to $1,695 in government fees and even more in legal fees!

For those not in a position to donate, we are often in need of volunteers to assist with daily operations. We have a growing internship program, and you are welcome to join us at our community education events, legal clinics, and walk-in days to help us meet the needs of the clients we serve. We also welcome help with language services, human resources, event/fundraiser planning, and office organization.
