Biden's Parole in Place (PIP) for Spouses and Stepchildren of U.S. Citizens

WHO

Undocumented spouses and stepchildren of U.S. citizens who have been present in the U.S. for at least ten years.

WHAT

Parole in Place (PIP) is a document that will act as a lawful entry into the United States, allowing recipients to adjust their status to permanent resident through their U.S. citizen spouse or stepparent.

WHY

It's taking more than four years to process waivers and wait times for an interview at a consular office abroad is more than two years in some locations! This new process allows spouses and stepchildren of U.S. citizens to skip this time-consuming process and avoid having to leave the United States to process their permanent residency.

WHEN

NOW! Given the current political climate, this program could be enjoined by litigation at any moment. We encourage filing your PIP request as soon as possible if you are eligible.
